Shannon is a business, technology and intellectual property transactions attorney with experience advising a wide range of established and emerging growth companies.  Shannon’s practice includes substantial work representing clients in the hospitality, technology and e-commerce industries.  

Shannon focuses on representing clients with respect to their important technology, intellectual property and other business transactions. Her varied experience ranges from advising founders and executives in new ventures, to taking on a wide variety of projects as part of a small in-house legal team, to seamlessly blending with large in-house legal teams to provide strategic support to established companies. 

Shannon previously served as in-house counsel to Blue Nile, Inc., an online diamond and fine jewelry retailer.  She values integrating with her client’s team and providing, responsive, business-savvy and pragmatic legal counsel.
