Erika is a trusted legal advisor to individuals, family offices and businesses navigating complex, cross-border transactions and high-value asset deals.
Erika’s practice is principally dedicated to assisting yacht owners navigate the many nuanced legal aspects of yacht ownership. She represents owners in connection with the purchase, sale, refit and construction of yachts, superyachts, research vessels and submersibles, both domestically and internationally. Erika’s practice spans the full ownership lifecycle, from initial agreement negotiation through delivery, and includes advising on a wide range of maintenance, ownership and operational matters, such as corporate governance, vessel management, crew employment, flag registration and documentation, import/export and regulatory compliance.
Erika’s practice more broadly includes advising high-net-worth individuals, celebrity ventures, startups and luxury consumer brands regarding corporate structure, high-value asset transactions, intellectual property management, and other commercial transactional matters. She additionally advises brands in the consumer products and food and beverage industries on a variety of commercial, operational and intellectual property matters. As Erika’s practice grows, she will expand her luxury sector service offerings to meet the wide array of needs and business interests of her clients.
