Overview
Trask has more than 25 years of litigation paralegal experience in both the private and public sectors, specializing in commercial, business and insurance litigation.
In addition to approximately 20 years working for private law firms, he also spent six years at the Oregon Department of Justice in the Consumer Protection and Natural Resources sections, giving him a unique versatility and understanding across diverse legal fields.
Working in both state and federal court in numerous jurisdictions, Trask’s experience in collaborating and coordinating with attorneys on complex litigation matters includes: managing discovery processes, preparing trial and deposition documents and testimony, drafting pleadings, fact research, and document review and analysis.
Outside of work, Trask chairs a scholarship committee administered by the Oregon Community Foundation.
