Chris has experience with a broad range of real estate and land use matters.

Chris' practice emphasizes both real estate and finance including expertise in retail, office, residential and mixed-use condominium projects. He regularly represents purchasers, sellers, developers, borrowers and lenders in joint ventures and transactions involving industrial, retail, office, multi-family, condominiums and mixed-use projects. His experience includes acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, land use, zoning and entity structuring. Chris's leasing experience includes office, industrial, retail and restaurant leasing and subleasing.
