Nancy Neraas, a distinguished attorney in our Public Finance and Municipal Government Practice, has retired.
With extensive experience as bond counsel for cities, counties, and special districts across multiple states, Nancy's expertise encompassed a wide spectrum of municipal financings, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and special assessment district financings. She was also a trusted disclosure counsel for many issuers, including the State of Washington.
