Date: April 27, 2011
Time: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Location: Garvey Schubert Barer, Portland, OR

You are cordially invited by Garvey Schubert Barer’s Land Use Practice, chaired by Edward J. Sullivan, to participate in a new group, which we call The Euclid Society. The group is designed specifically for Oregon planners, architects, and development consultants to discuss current legal topics affecting Oregon’s unique planning system. Come connect with colleagues and friends, discuss, debate (or whine or rant) about planning issues.

Feel free to invite your co-workers and friends.

Our first meeting is April 27, 2011. The topic is “Managing the Clock – Making Decisions Within Statutory Timelines.” We will be discussing:

  • Understanding and managing the planning timeline
  • Implications of the Court of Appeals recent decision in Stewart v. City of Salem
  • What does the 365 day outer decision limit mean to you?
