Thain advises clients in transactional real estate and business matters.

His experience includes the purchase and sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate projects. He also advises clients in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and contract review and negotiation.

Thain completed his undergraduate degree with majors in Finance and International Studies at Santa Clara University. He obtained his master’s degree at the University of Oxford and his law degree from Duke University School of Law. Prior to entering the field of law, Thain worked in the technology industry in various product and finance roles.
