Overview
Foster Garvey has a long history assisting Canadian clients and their counsel in a broad range of issues confronting Canadian businesses and individuals conducting activities in the United States. Additionally, our attorneys have advised the Government of Canada and the provinces of Manitoba and Ontario on numerous trans-boundary and federal policy matters, and have represented Canadian governmental entities in litigation before the U.S. federal courts. Our attorneys also frequently advise United States-based clients with regard to their activities in Canada, often leveraging our strong relationships with counsel and law firms located throughout Canada.
