Foster Pepper is pleased to announce the addition of William O. Etter to the firm’s Spokane office as a Member of the Business practice, where he will focus on transactional business matters and estate planning.
In addition to general business matters and estate planning, Billy will assist organizations in the design, implementation and operation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (“ESOPs”). Billy counsels clients on business entity formation choices, including the tax issues involved with S-Corporations, LLCs and Partnerships. His estate planning practice involves advising clients in estate planning and probate law, as well as probate litigation.
Prior to joining Foster Pepper, Billy practiced with Witherspoon Kelley in Spokane. He received his LL.M. from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Washington.
