Foster Pepper once again was recognized as one of the “Top 75 Corporate Philanthropists” in the region by the Puget Sound Business Journal, ranking fifth on the “Corporate Philanthropists – Medium.” In 2012 the firm donated approximately $526,000 to charitable causes, including more than $43,000 in employee contributions to United Way. The number five ranking was the highest of any Washington state law firm.

In 2012, Foster Pepper supported more than 100 organizations, including Boys & Girls Club of King County, Costco Scholarship Fund, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Seattle Theatre Group, Special Olympics Washington, Swedish Medical Center Foundation, Virginia Mason Foundation, and Washington Appleseed, among many others. The firm also provided over 4,000 pro bono hours, worth more than $1,500,000.
