Foster Pepper is proud to announce its placement as number 42 on Law360’s “The Top 50 Firms for Minority Equity Partners” list. These U.S.-based law firms have the highest percentage of equity partners who are minorities.
16 percent of Foster Pepper’s attorneys identify as racial minorities and more than 12 percent of Foster Pepper’s equity partners are minorities. The firm is committed to recruiting diverse attorneys and staff and increasing diverse representation in all aspects of the firm, including in firm leadership and firm management. The firm has also established the Inclusion & Diversity Committee, chaired by Members Lori Nomura and Rafael Stone, to assist in the implementation of a diversity program and to promote and oversee inclusion and diversity efforts.
