Foster Pepper adds two attorneys to Estate Planning and Business practices

Foster Pepper is pleased to welcome Rob Morrison, who fills key succession needs in its trusts and estates practice, and Julie Seidenstein, who helps expand the depth within the finance practice.

Rob Morrison joins Foster Pepper as a Member in its Estate Planning practice. He has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in legal planning and counsel related to wills, estate planning, domestic partnership agreements and adoptions. He received his J.D. from University of Minnesota School of Law and his B.A. from St. Mary’s College. Rob is active in the King County Bar Association and since 1995 has volunteered with People with AIDS.

Julie Seidenstein is Of Counsel to the firm’s Business practice where she will focus on commercial real estate and structured finance. She represents mortgage loan portfolio servicers and institutional lenders and finance companies. Julie previously practiced at a law firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She received her J.D. from Seattle University and her B.A. from University of San Diego.
