Foster Pepper PLLC welcomes Jacob Scholl as Of Counsel in the firm’s Business practice. Scholl will focus his practice on business transactions and finance law with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, hedging transactions, state and federal bank regulation, and general corporate matters. He previously worked as an associate at the firm in 1998.

Prior to joining Foster Pepper, Scholl was an Of Counsel at Davis Wright Tremaine, and prior to that worked at Heller Ehrman LLP.
Scholl received his J.D. from Harvard Law School (cum laude) and his B.A. in political science from Yale University (magna cum laude).
