Please join Foster Pepper's Public Finance attorneys on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, for a seminar designed for government finance directors and others responsible for post-issuance compliance.

Many issuers of municipal bonds have adopted policies and procedures for monitoring compliance with ongoing tax and securities law requirements after the issuance of their bonds. These policies and procedures typically encourage training for personnel responsible for monitoring post-issuance compliance. This seminar is intended to help satisfy those training requirements.

The seminar, hosted in-person from Foster Pepper's Seattle office or via webinar, will address the following topics:
