Overview

Scott is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice and a registered patent attorney focusing on patent portfolio development, management and litigation support.

Scott assists clients with matters involving a wide variety of technology areas including consumer electronics, avionics, telecommunications, software and aerospace/mechanical systems. He has extensive experience in developing and negotiating license agreements involving software and other proprietary technologies.
