Polly provides paralegal support to Foster Garvey's IP & Technology practice.

Polly assists attorneys with e-filing trademark and patent applications with the USPTO. She has experience managing a variety of docketing assignments related to trademark and patent maintenance, including responding to Office actions. Polly has also regularly performed prior art searches and cleared trademarks with the WIPO Brand Database.

Prior to becoming an intellectual property paralegal, Polly was a research scientist in molecular biology. By pairing her science background with her legal career, she hopes to help bring new ideas into the public domain.
