As general counsel to the firm, Lucinda Fernald's responsibilities include development and implementation of risk management policies and programs, oversight of acceptance of new clients and new matters, management of professional liability and insurance issues, advice and education to attorneys and staff on ethics and best practices and service as ombudsperson.
