Kate works on a wide variety of cases, from claim or complaint through discovery and resolution, including trial. Her experience has included matters involving race discrimination suits, wage and hour class actions in federal court, and other commercial disputes.

Kate’s strong litigation background and case management skills are critical to the success of her projects. She also has extensive experience utilizing multiple e-discovery platforms, evaluating and summarizing voluminous complex case documents, and producing key recommendations.
