Cara has more than 20 years of experience in law firm marketing. Cara works closely with Foster Garvey’s attorneys and firm management on the development and execution of business development and marketing strategies and initiatives to increase client retention and firm revenue. She has a particular passion for client pursuit and proposal efforts and has worked successfully with attorneys across numerous practice areas to win new business. Cara also oversees the firm’s practice plan and marketing communications programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Cara held business development roles at prominent AmLaw 50 and AmLaw 200 firms. She has worked with attorneys around the world to implement strong business development, client growth/retention and marketing initiatives.
