Andrew is a business attorney with experience in equity financings, emerging companies, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to working at Foster Garvey, Andrew was the legal director for an international software services company leading key efforts in accelerator and venture building with industry-leading partners, including complex commercial and joint venture agreements, product development and licensing and technology transactions.

Before law school, Andrew served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, serving multiple tours in Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
