He formerly served as Vice President of Development and General Counsel to Columbia Hospitality, Senior Corporate Counsel (Real Estate/Regulatory) at the Webvan Group (formerly HomeGrocer.com) and Assistant General Counsel for Starwood Hotels and Resorts (formerly The Westin Hotel Company).
