John S. Santa Lucia

John has a broad real estate and real estate finance practice and represents national and international developers and investors. His practice has an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of multi-family residential projects, and office and commercial facilities. John has worked with some of the nation’s largest public real estate investment trusts (REITs). His practice includes experience in structuring and forming joint ventures among public and private development companies with governmental entities in connection with public-private partnership opportunities, with a focus on military-housing privatization projects involving all three branches of the U.S. armed forces.
