Jack Cullen

Jack has more than 30 years of experience and focuses his practice on secured and unsecured lenders, complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, multiparty workouts and distressed commercial restructuring transactions. In addition, he has represented creditor and bondholder committees and buyers of assets in bankruptcy cases. He handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Jack is listed in The Best Lawyers in America©, was named as one of Seattle Magazine's Top Lawyers and the prestigious Chambers USA legal directory cited him a Band 1 lawyer and noted as “one of the leading lights in this area” with sources describing him as “a tenacious client advocate, like you would not believe.” In 2013, Jack was named Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
