Foster Pepper is pleased to welcome Zachary King
and Haley Stencel
to the firm’s Seattle office. King and Stencel are joining the firm’s Investment Management
practice, a group that includes more than a dozen attorneys representing more than 30 public pension funds.
Foster Pepper’s Investment Management practice provides sophisticated and efficient counsel to clients on a broad range of transactions. The group advises institutional investors, including public pension funds, universities and endowments, with respect to their alternative investment counsel needs.
Zachary King focuses his practice in domestic and international Investments for public and private institutional investors, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and domestic and global real estate funds. Zachary earned his LL.M. and J.D. (magna cum laude)
from New York University School of Law and A.B. and Sc.B. from Brown University.
Haley Stencel focuses her practice in domestic and international Investments for public and private institutional investors across a range of alternative investments, as well as the tax laws governing such funds. Prior to joining Foster Pepper, Haley earned her LL.M. in Taxation at New York University. She received a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Cumberland School of Law and Brock School of Business at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. She earned her B.A. from Fort Lewis College.
