Foster Pepper is pleased to welcome Connor McCune to the firm’s Seattle office as an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group.
Connor focuses on patent procurement and defense and has experience in a variety of electrical, mechanical and software-related technologies, including cloud computing, data security and other innovative technologies.
Prior to joining Foster Pepper, Connor was an associate at Baker Hostetler where he drafted and prosecuted patents for a Fortune 500 client in the wireless communications space. He has also coordinated international prosecution strategies for a Fortune 500 client and performed invalidity analysis and noninfringement analysis relating to Bluetooth technology. Connor earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (cum laude) (2012) and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada.
