Foster Pepper Names Two New Members

Foster Pepper PLLC is pleased to announce that Associates Sam Bull and Laura Karassik have been promoted to Members in its Seattle office.

Sam Bull joined Foster Pepper in 2003 and is part of the firm’s Litigation practice group. His practice is concentrated in commercial contract disputes, trade secrets litigation, employment litigation, class action defense, and securities litigation. Sam was named a Rising Star for 2010 by Washington Law & Politics and is a member of Leadership Tomorrow's 2011 class. Sam received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and an A.B. cum laude in Economics from Harvard University.

Laura Karassik joined Foster Pepper’s Real Estate practice group in 2005. She represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development, with an emphasis on real estate secured and mezzanine financing. Laura serves as an Adjunct Professor, Real Estate Drafting Lab, for the Seattle University School of Law and received her J.D. with honors from Northwestern University School of Law and B.A. from Stanford University.
