Jane’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial transactions, commercial litigation, commercial foreclosures (real and personal property), financial restructuring, workouts, corporate strategic planning, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy. Her experience includes appearances as lead counsel in bankruptcy cases throughout the country, representing secured and unsecured creditors, lessors, official committees, trustees, and debtors in workouts and Chapter 11 cases in a wide range of industries.
