Dick is an Of Counsel with the firm, has been a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Financial Institutions practice groups since 1964 and concentrates his practices commercial real estate and banking. He is a leader in developing commercial alternate dispute resolution and has extensive experience in litigation and workout matters involving substantial commercial properties, real estate, and banking dispute resolution, advice to boards of directors, and loan documentation.
Dick has served as general counsel to several financial institutions and has represented other major financial institutions and lenders doing business in the Northwest.
Dick served as Managing Partner of the firm from 1983-1992.
