Brad chairs the firm’s Insurance Coverage practice. He has more than 15 years of experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage matters, including analyzing and pursuing coverage claims, related coverage, and bad faith litigation and dispute resolution, as well as risk management counseling. Brad’s practice also includes general commercial litigation and dispute resolution with particular emphasis in construction-related litigation and complex securities litigation.
