Lauren is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and focuses on commercial litigation and specializes in intellectual property and Indian law. Lauren is experience in a broad range of areas, including class actions, construction defects, toxic torts, bankruptcy, securities, and health care.

Lauren’s intellectual property law experience includes representing clients in disputes pertaining to trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights, and advising clients with respect to privacy and data security obligations under federal law and applicable state security, privacy, and breach notification laws. Lauren has advised large multinational clients and litigated to protect clients’ trademarks and copyrights, both in the United States and internationally. Her work includes trademark clearance searches, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement.

Lauren’s tribal litigation work includes defending treaty hunting and fishing rights, drafting and analyzing tribal codes, and government relations.
