Nancy has more than 25 years of  experience as bond counsel for cities, counties, and special districts (public utility districts, water, sewer, park, school, and fire protection) in Washington and other states on municipal financings, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, special assessment district financings, tax anticipation obligations, short–term obligations, industrial development bonds, variable rate issues, and refundings. Nancy has worked on numerous electric utility financings for various cities, public utility districts, and other special districts. In the past few years, Nancy acted as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel in connection with the issuance of over $5 billion in debt for various electric utilities.
