Greg is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups. He represents public and private developers, owners, landlords, and contractors, in contract negotiations, risk management, drafting, and litigates a wide variety of construction claims (lien, delay, changed conditions, defect, warranty, insurance, product, property damage, mold and other toxic torts). He has successfully litigated, arbitrated, tried and mediated numerous multi-million dollar disputes in state and federal courts.

Greg serves as the chair of Foster Pepper's construction practice group. Prior to entering the practice of law, Greg worked for 20 years in commercial and residential construction, having managed a firm in California where he was the qualifying manager, general contractor licensee and risk manager.

Greg is also involved with construction and real estate related education and legislationand is a frequent speaker on current topics related to construction, condominium and real estate law at industry trade associations and legal conferences.
