Since joining Foster Pepper as a member in 2005, Will has continued to represent the City of Seattle and other municipalities on issues related to municipal authority and utility issues. His practice involves litigation in both trial and appellate courts, arbitration and mediation as well as negotiation and advice. He is also a frequent speaker on municipal and utility issues before attorney CLE conferences and industry groups.
