Brad chairs the firm’s Health Care practice and his practice focuses on the general representation of health care clients, including hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers and payers, as well as clients who provide products and services to the health care industry. He has extensive experience serving as bond counsel, borrower's counsel, and underwriter's counsel in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable obligations.
