South Lake Union Developer Vulcan Real Estate recently teamed with Foster Pepper and Rebuilding Together Seattle (RTS), to help provide needed renovation, landscaping and other upgrades to the home of Buford and Evelyn Neal, a gracious older Seattle couple. Buford Neal was a veteran of both WWII and the Korean War (where he lost his legs to frostbite while serving his country), and the team was charged with enhancing several elements of the home so that Mr. Neal could more easily navigate his wheelchair, in addition to providing other enhancements to the inside and outside of their home.
