Our environmental lawyers have represented clients in contested administrative appeals before city and county councils and state administrative boards, and have handled appeals in state and federal courts. Our projects include some of the largest and most complex in the state, including the Brightwater Sewage Treatment Plant, the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Sound Transit, and solid waste facilities in Klickitat, Okanogan, and Thurston counties. We also have represented clients on smaller matters, including appeals of permits and approvals and defending against enforcement actions with regard to penalties and fines.
