We have concentrated experience in condominium and homeowner association law, representing both owners associations and developers of residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominium projects. Gary Ackerman, a member of our Real Estate practice group, chaired the Washington Condominium Act Task Force from 1987-1992, and gives frequent presentations on this area of the law.
