Foster Pepper Welcomes Three New Associates

February 11, 2010 - Foster Pepper PLLC is pleased to welcome Alicia Feichtmeir, Lindsay Fisher and Russell D. Terry to its Seattle office.

Alicia Feichtmeir joins Foster Pepper as an Associate in the Litigation practice group. Her practice will focus on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, assisting on matters related to constitutional claims, commercial disputes and regulatory issues. Alicia earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Lindsay Fisher joins Foster Pepper as an Associate in its Municipal practice group. She will focus her practice on general municipal issues pertaining to state and local governments, public authorities, civil service, and public employment. She will also support various aspects of clients’ public finance transactions. Lindsay received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and a B.S. from University of Puget Sound.

Russell D. Terry joins Foster Pepper as an Associate in its Business practice group. His practice will focus on securities, corporate formation, corporate governance, business structuring, and general contract matters. He also will represent buyers, sellers and lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing of real property. Russell received his J.D. from the University of Washington Law School, and an B.A., highest honors, from the University of California Santa Barbara.
