July 13, 2012 – Foster Pepper PLLC’s public finance group has been listed by Thomson Reuters as 1st in the nation for “Top Bond Counsel – Competitive,” with $2.53 billion in the first half of 2012, rising from a 6th place ranking for the full year 2011. Additionally, the group ranked 5th in the nation for “Top Disclosure Counsel” for all issues with $2.39 billion. Finally, the group ranked 10th overall for “Top Bond Counsel” with $3.85 billion. Rankings are final as of June 30, 2012 and do not include short-term, preliminary, private placement or rank ineligible issues.
