Attorney Recruitment

Each year, we begin recruiting for our Summer Associate Program in July and typically conclude in-house and on-campus interviews in November. In the meantime, be sure to view our Recruiting Brochure (PDF). For additional information, please contact Bethany Brown, Senior Manager of Attorney Recruitment & Professional Development.

Diversity and inclusion are integrated throughout Foster Pepper’s firm culture, client service methodologies, and business structure. We believe a strategic focus on diversity and inclusion improves our ability to serve clients through creative, collaborative advocacy. We are committed to recruiting and retaining diverse attorneys and staff, training and promoting from within, and increasing diverse representation in all aspects of the firm, as evidenced by our executive leadership.

Foster Pepper strives for a workforce reflective of the communities we serve. Currently, 17 percent of our attorneys and 25 percent of our staff are from diverse backgrounds. Over the past two years, 35 percent of our new attorneys and staff came from diverse backgrounds. Our goal is to continue to maintain or increase these percentages year-over-year through our recruiting efforts and inclusion programs.
