Foster Pepper is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join our growing team of professionals in the Seattle office. Qualified applicants will have training and/or education in trademark and patent laws and experience in those areas in federal courts or tribunals in the United States.
Our Business Group is seeking a Member level attorney to join our Spokane office. The ideal candidate will have a broad transactional practice, comfortable counseling on M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, entity governance issues and general counsel services. We are seeking to expand our presence in the Spokane market, and as such the candidate should enjoy a solid reputation in the area, as supported by a portable book of business.
