Director of Information Technology (IT)
We are seeking a Director of Information Technology (“Director”) ready to build a world class law firm technology operation driven by a fundamental understanding of the practice of law and the ways technology can help an organization meet its business goals. The Director will build a partnership with the practice by listening to users' needs, opportunities and problems and translating them into solutions that make an immediate and long term impact on productivity and engagement. The Director must serve as the key voice in ensuring a strong information security program, and must lead the charge on new and ongoing security initiatives. Persuasive communication is essential, not just about what technology is available, but why that technology meets an important need for the firm. Technology competence is critical, but so too is a willingness to challenge the status quo and present new ideas. The ideal candidate will not just meet user’s expectations, but seek to delight them with the technology they deploy.
