Public Finance Tax Attorney
Foster Pepper seeks a Section 103 tax attorney to join its Pacific Northwest Public Finance practice. The practice involves advising a variety of clients on Section 103 tax issues, federal tax credit transactions (e.g., low-income housing, new markets, and renewable energy tax credits), 501(c)(3) issues, and Indian tribal finance matters.
