Philip E. Paine

Philip is an associate in the firm’s Health Care and Land Use practices. Philip has experience advising health care clients on regulatory matters, including HIPAA, Certificate of Need, and Medicaid and Medicare compliance. He also advises clients on issues related to affiliations, practitioner contracting, and other health care related agreements. Philip assists public and private landowners with land use due diligence and permitting, as well as land use litigation.
