Lindsay A. Coates

Lindsay advises clients on matters related to public finance, general municipal law and low-income housing, including the issuance of debt and municipal securities. She has served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and special assessment bonds in both public sales and private placements. She also regularly serves as counsel for conduit borrowers. Lindsay represents governmental, nonprofit and for profit sponsors and developers of LIHTC projects. She has experience preparing partnership formation documents and negotiating partnership agreements, loan documents, lease agreements and other closing documents in connection with LIHTC transactions.
