Bryan represents clients in single property and portfolio real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, financing, reorganizations, retail/office leases, land development, workouts and closings. He drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements and commercial leases, and has experience drafting organizational documents, including operating agreements, joint ventures and corporate resolutions.
