Bradley P. Thoreson

Brad maintains an active trial practice representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. Since 1988, Brad has handled a wide variety of disputes, including high-stakes jury and non-jury litigation. He has successfully tried more than 40 cases to verdict, both in state and federal courts. His practice includes ‘bet-the-company’ litigation, securities fraud, troubled investments, complex contract disputes, and real estate and construction matters. Much of Brad’s practice has focused on resolving particularly contentious disputes with complicated real estate, contractual and financial issues. He represents clients from a diverse range of industries, including financial services, health and wellness, pension funds and institutional investors, real estate development and more.

He also contributes significant time and effort to civic and charitable causes. Brad currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Seattle Pacific University and the Board of Governors for the Washington Athletic Club. He recently completed a two-year term as Board Chair of the Corporate Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County and continues to be involved in the organization as co-chair of its annual key events.
